The program accepts students who have obtained the Egyptian General Secondary Certificate or equivalent Arab or foreign certificates, as well as incoming students, and those nominated through the Coordination Office.

Transfer from equivalent colleges to levels higher than the first level is made on condition that the student is successful and transferred from the college from which he transferred, provided that the total credit hours transferred do not exceed 25% of the academic hours required for graduation.
Transfer of registration from non-equivalent colleges is accepted, as well as holders of higher qualifications and holders of a Bachelor of Commerce, and the rules followed in this regard apply.
